Beer & Cheese Tasting + Ziplining!

Saturday March 30th

We're partnering with master cheese maker Ron Henningfeld (owner of Hill Valley Dairy) along with multiple local breweries to create an experience you won't forget. 

  • Craft Beer Tasting: We’ll be featuring some of Wisconsin’s finest craft beers from New Glarus, Milwaukee Brewing Company, Central Waters Brewing, and more!
  • Savory Cheese Tasting: Master cheesemaker, and owner of Hill Valley Dairy will take your taste buds on a tour of his finest cheeses made right here in Lake Geneva.
  • Double Racing Zipline: Zipline down our 1200+ foot double racing zipline which opens up views of Lake Como and our 100-acre forest.
