Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on the day of the event are not refundable.
Adventure Reservations
- Bookings of 7 or fewer guests may receive a full refund for any cancellation made 48 hours prior to the start time of their tour.
- Tours canceled 48-24 hours before their tour start time receive a voucher for store credit in the full amount of the booking.
Group Reservations of 8 or More Participants
- Group reservations may receive a full refund for any cancellation made 7 days prior to the event.
- Group reservations canceled within 7 days and before the day of the event receive store credit.
Special Events
- Individual reservations for special events, such as Zipline & Dine, may receive a full refund for any cancellation made 7 days prior to the event.
- Cancellations after 7 days and before 48 hours prior to the event receive store credit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are not refundable.
Rescheduling
- There is no charge to reschedule your tour for a future date if done prior to the day of the event.
- A per-person Rescheduling Fee is applied to any tour rescheduled on the day of or after the originally scheduled event date.
- Tours may not be rescheduled 48 hours after the original scheduled event date.
- Winter Pricing applies only to reservations with initial and actual dates falling between November 1st and March 31st. Reservations initially scheduled in that time and rebooked for a later date will be charged regular season pricing.
Inclement Weather
Tours run year-round in all types of weather, including rain and snow. We recommend participants dress appropriately for any type of weather.
Lake Geneva Ziplines & Adventures will cancel tours in the event of lightning conditions or high winds. Guests may choose to reschedule for another available date and time or may request a full refund. Lake Geneva Ziplines & Adventures will notify guests as soon as weather conditions are known
