Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on the day of the event are not refundable.
Cancellation
- Bookings of 7 or fewer guests may receive a full refund for any cancellation made 48 hours prior to the start time of their tour.
- Tours canceled 48-24 hours before their tour start time receive a voucher for store credit in the full amount of the booking.
Group Cancellations
- Groups of 8 or more people may receive a full refund for any cancellation made 7 days prior to the event. Group cancellations after 7 days receive store credit
Rescheduling
- There is no charge to reschedule your tour for a future date if done prior to the day of the event.
- A per-person Rescheduling Fee is applied to any tour rescheduled on the day of or after the originally scheduled date.
Rain, Snow & Inclement Weather
Tours run year-round in all types of weather, including rain and snow. We recommend that you dress appropriately for any type of weather. Lake Geneva Ziplines & Adventures cancels tours in the event of lightning or high winds. Guests may choose to reschedule for another available date and time or may request a full refund.
