For years at Lake Geneva Canopy tours, we have been the tale of two buildings. Our equipment room and outdoor hangout spot sat up the hill on our property, while our office and check-in point remained down below, across the street.
This made things difficult. Coordinating between the two areas was cumbersome, at times, and our guests would often end up in the wrong spot. We took these things into consideration. After all, your time is important to you…and to us.
This winter, we decided it was time for a change, so we determined that we would build a new welcome center up on the property. We broke ground on this project, and are very close to the finish. We can’t wait to show it off!
New Features & Advantages of the Welcome Center
One-Stop Shop – With the new building, you have everything you need in one convenient location. You’ll be able to come right up the hill, park your car, check-in for your adventure, hang out by our fire pit, have a blast on your tour, and hang out some more by the fire pit.
Indoor Restrooms – The new welcome center has bathrooms right on the property. Avoid the port-a-potties (although we’ll still have a few), and take care of your business in a clean, comfortable environment.
Gift Area – We have space devoted to souvenirs and clothing! Grab a Canopy Tours t-shirt or gift item, and bring a piece of LGCT home with you. There’s fun stuff for both kids and adults alike!
New Signage – We’ve given our signage a little facelift. Navigating our Arbor Trails or reading up on our offerings has never looked so good.
Come Hang Out!
You deserve your adventure to be less taxing and more relaxing. We couldn’t settle for good customer experiences – so we made them better! The welcome center project is on pace to be completed and fully functional by mid-July 2017, so we’ll be moving all our operations up the hill.
