Have you been charged with finding a convenient spot to hold this coming year’s youth group or church staff retreat? You’re in luck!
Lake Geneva Canopy Tours offers a full range of great experiential learning programs. We’ll work with you, prior to your team building event, to create a customized schedule of activities to fit your specific group goals.
What does “experiential learning” mean?
Our team building programs combine a variety of activities and challenges to encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and reflection. We accomplish this by utilizing a 70/30 split of physical activity and strategy/analysis.
This means that 70 percent of the program includes physical participation (learning by doing), and 30 percent includes mental, emotional, or spiritual engagement. We are sensitive to the physical abilities of each individual and willing to adapt each activity to fit your group’s needs.
Why church groups?
Team building and spirituality combine in a very natural way, since our activities focus on bringing groups together through collaboration and mutual support. Individuals are encouraged to use their skills to benefit the larger group, as well as find and develop their own inherent abilities.
Most importantly, our programs develop and strengthen interpersonal relationships. We work with a range of age groups from kids (minimally 7 years old), young adults, adults, or a mixture to provide a fun environment for building strong, foundational relationships.
You can also add onto your team building session with a Canopy Tour or High Ropes Excursion. Have some extra fun and zoom down a series of zip lines! If you’re not a huge fan of heights, we also offer day passes to our Arbor Trails for your entire group.
We’ll also come to you!
Already have a space and would prefer to skip the hassle of travel? Our programs can be brought to you! We offer mobile team building for your convenience, as well.
